What's the fun of flying business class if you are not surrounded by pitifull people flying coach.? If the entire plane is business class you are not guaranteed to be able to disembark before everyone else and beat them to the passport control line. I know business and first class tickets account for the majority of a transatlantic flight's revenue, and so an all business class airline seems like a good idea.. but in the end - poverty and wealth are relative.
