People (its staff) are the key asset of the airline and CX has showcased the diversity of its staff through this medium.

Even for myself as a frequent CX flyer, I recognised one of the staff (customer service staff at Kowloon ticketing centre) that appeared on this micro-site and she was totally amazed that I recalled her. It gave her a real sense of belonging in the airline and how a loyal customer recognised her.

From what I understand, CX will be expanded their staff participation in this micro-site. A truely innovative way to showcase one&#039;s brand. Way to go CX!</description>
