You have got to be kidding. They don’t really play this do they? I would never ever ever fly again on an airline that showed a vido like this. Even in jest. The singing one was a hoot but this for a nervous flyer was a guaranteed turn off.

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Greece encompassing Athens, Crete and Santorini and we decided to upgrade our economy seats to business from Athens to JFK (for a mere 2000 Euro) and after watching this video have decided to not bother to take the time to write the letter of complaint I was planning to. (This was our first experience with Olympic and if this is the norm then I am sure my sentiments will fall on deaf ears – pity I did not do some research before hand). This video sums up the appalling lack of service and disappointment that we experienced. Having said that I do want to point out that the hospitatlity we experienced everywhere else in Greece was exceptional.
