The Always Connected Traveler – how mobile will transform the future of travel [Infographic]

Last week, at the Amadeus Summit that Steve Klimek covered (and interviewed tons of folks), there was a very interesting infographic and report released about how travelers use mobile. Some of the findings are so intriguing that we just had to re-publish it here.

Looking at the interactions the travelers, you’ll probably remember my keynote about re-inventing the traveler lifecycle, where brand engagement happens before, during and after the trip. And the mobile phone is critical to this interaction. It’s amazing how many travelers use the mobile phone in the pre-trip part of the process. And I know a number of leading airlines only offer customer service post-travel!
