We have seen several impressive airline innovations that has upped the game of customer engagement strategy in the aviation industry. An example of a big trend is social seating, as seen from KLM, Estonian Air and Malaysia Airlines.
What is often overlooked is the solution providers behind these wonderful initiatives. That is why we have introduced a new category for this year’s 3rd Annual SimpliFlying Awards – Best Social Media Solution Provider for Travel – to celebrate the great work of these solution providers that have been integral in pushing the frontier of innovation in the customer engagement fields for airlines and airports.
