SimpliFlying in The News – April 2014: Aviation Marketing Insights in USA Today, Airport World and more!

In this age of increased connectivity and mobility, how exactly can airports tap into the connected travellers market?

This is one of the many questions we tackle with our column in Airport World magazine, Airport Marketing Exchange. The most recent April/ May issue consists of a double treat from SimpliFlying. Pertaining to the airline industry, one of the incidents this April that spurred an active discussion among the travelling community was Air Canada’s baggage toss episode. While most talk centered about the disrespectful handling of baggages, SimpliFlying shared a different perspective by reviewing the root issue that is the high-density seats configuration and how it affects passenger experience.
