The SimpliFlying Airline Marketing Innovation Lab enables the meeting of the best minds in airline marketing. We’ve held two global Labs – in Las Vegas in 2015 and London in 2016. Based on feedback from the past attendees, we believed the time was ripe to hold our first regional Lab focused on airlines in Asia Pacific. Hence, the Singapore Lab was designed, which was co-hosted with Terrapinn’s Aviation Festival Asia on Feb 20, 2017.

The Lab was our best till date in terms of the quality of interactions between the participants and the debates that took place. The SimpliFlying team also pushed the envelope by running Live experiments during the Lab. It helped that we had cutting edge speakers like Spencer Yang and Robin Speculand to push the thinking on airline marketing. Here’s the low-down on how we rolled in Singapore.

Shashank Nigam is the CEO of SimpliFlying and a globally sought-after consultant, speaker and thought-leader on airline branding and customer engagement strategy. He is also the youngest winner of the Global Brand Leadership Award and has addressed senior aviation executives globally, from Chile to Canada and from Sydney to San Francisco.
