Much has gone as expected at the Singapore Airshow – no big new orders. Regardless, there were certainly a lot of announcements coming from all corners of the globe.

I was always curious about what goes on behind the scenes of news channels, such as CNBC and when I was offered the chance to take a peek, I jumped at it. CNBC provides live coverage of the Singapore Airshow 2010 and has its very own set at the venue.
