The SimpliFlying Difference
Founded in 2008, SimpliFlying is one of the world’s largest aviation marketing, branding and communications consultancy firms. We have worked with over 100 aviation clients in airline branding, customer experience, digital marketing, crisis communications and sustainability initiatives. SimpliFlying’s analysis and insights have been featured in leading international media outlets such as BBC, CNBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
On Earth Day 2022, SimpliFlying launched a new sustainability practice and podcast called Sustainability in the Air. The SimpliFlying team comprises consultants across the world in countries including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, India, and Spain.
Post-pandemic, trust in travel needs to be re-built by planning and investing for a world in which more people can travel with far less impact on the planet.
Our mission
In the past 15 years, we have been on a mission to help airlines build trust in travel.
In 2008, to build trust, airlines had to deliver customer service via Twitter, drive revenues on Facebook, and handle crises via social media. SimpliFlying became a global leader in social media strategy for aviation, working with over 100 brands in the first decade.
Then in 2019, to build trust, airlines had to highlight their health and safety efforts. From being the first to release a 58-touchpoint map called the “Rise of Sanitised Travel” to launching APEX Health Safety powered by SimpliFlying ratings, I’ve led from the front. Our Fit2Fly product allowed airlines to own the customer journey by offering COVID-testing and wellness services within the booking path.
In the future, airlines will need to get sustainability right to build trust. That’s our focus now.
Our culture
Since 2009, we have not only worked with an enviable list of aviation brands but also built a unique work culture that appeals to the disruptors in the industry.
Our team is young, energetic and brimming with ideas on how to make airlines remarkable. These are ideas based on over ten years of working with over 100 aviation firms and analyzing hundreds of aviation marketing campaigns monthly.
With our work culture experiments, we have created a culture that’s the talk of the industry – from our forced leave policy to #DeepFridays. Come, learn more about the team.

I believe that design often determines how well a message is received or permeates people’s consciousness. My passions apart from environmentalism are cinema, technology, music, comics 🌵

The route to a sustainable future is clear: fewer buzzwords & PR catchphrases; investing in tech & research that may be boring but actually work; and greater cooperation among governments, citizens & academics. Don’t get me started on carbon offsets!
