Keynote on airline branding at Aviation Outlook Middle East

As you might be aware, I’ll be in Abu Dhabi this week, as an invited speaker and panel moderator at the Aviation Outlook Middle East 2009. I wanted to give you a sneak preview of my keynote presentation on how airlines can use social media to enhance their brand. If you recall, I’ve written a number of articles on the topic on SimpliFlying and conducted a webinar in January too. My presentation is derived from that, and is included below.
