[Presentation] How the Connected Traveller is Changing the Airline Business — SITA Europe Aviation ICT Forum 2013

Last week SimpliFlying was invited to present at the SITA Europe Aviation ICT Forum 2013, a yearly event held in Vienna where airline industry experts come together with airlines and airports to analyse the latest trends in our industry. [push h=”14″]

This year the focus was on mobility. On behalf of SimpliFlying, I presented several important case studies on “How the Connected Traveller is Changing the Airline Business”. The prominent case-studies discussed were the British Airways promoted tweet incident and the Asiana Airlines crash.  The presentation from the event is below.
