    Very good email marketing indeed. However, I have one problem with it (and generally with emails from the larger Virgin Group): why on earth is it not possible to subscribe to their emails unless you are a frequent flyer? What VA should do straight away is put a nice "sign up" box onto their home page, and watch their database and twitter followers growing and with them the bookings and revenue.
